I hired a lawyer to file I-140 at VSC in April 2004. Not until I checked my application status yesterday I didn't even know my I-140 was approved in Nov, 2004. Two months has passed since my I-140 was approved! I am very disappointed at my lawyer since I suppose it should be his job to find out...
