    Came to the US @ 9 yr old. Lost Passport and marriage...which forms to fill to get a new passport?

    I am a green card holder and came here in the US from the Philipines when I was 9. I do not have a current passport (lost) and I got married. Do I renew or apply for a new passport? Any information would be greatly apreciated.

    E-filling I-90..needs a little help PLEASE!

    I need to 1) replace a lost card and 2) change my name because I got married. But efile won't let me choose both can someone please advise. Second questions, which last name do I put under "Your Name Exactly as Reflected on your Permanent Resident Card: The new last name or my old last name?

    I got my green card when I was 9 years old. My dad didn't file for a new card when I turned 14. I am now married and would like to officially change my name to my husbands last name. My green card is also lost, my dad had it but I do not speak to him anymore. Any help would be great
