    Concurrent to CP conversion

    I have filed 140/485 in Nebraska in Jan'04 under EB3. I140 is still not approved. I am in India right now. Is it possible to convert to CP now?

    Renewal of EAD/AP

    Can I get EAD and AP renewed being out of US? My I-140 is still pending from Nebraska and EAD/AP expires on 05/09/2005. I am in India currently and will not be in a position to return to US before expiry. what are my options? Thanks

    Coming back to US after 7 months on AP

    Hi, My I140/485 are pending. My AP expires on 05/09/2005 and EAD on 10/09/2005. I left US on 10/5/2004. Will I have a problem re-entring US in april this year i.e after 7 months. Will I have any questions to face at airport. People with similar experience please share. Thanks
