No this will not affect your H1 extension in any. If you have applied for H1 extension ("NORMAL PROCESSING") it will take about 5 months for you to get the approval notice. If you need your approval soon apply for Premium processing. Hope this helps.

Hi bnks, I have tried the FAX back, it works. Normally you will not get a fax immediately. There is a fax back que size(i think it is 157 now) . Which means that there are 157 fax back request to be completd and yours will go in the que. I am sure you will get a fax a 2 weeks time. Check...

Approved Finally my H1 transfer got approved. Because i applied for premium processing. Not sure how long it might have taken if i had not applied for premium processing. Service Center: TSC RD : May 14th 2002 AD : June 12th 2002

i applied for H1 during 2nd week of may still waiting. Normal processing. Hope it gets apporved soon.

Hard copy My lawyer received the hard copy of my LC today. Approval date Sept 4th 2002. I will post the info after i file my I140 & I485. Thanks for the information
