Calling Automated System .. BTW .. all that talk about INS tracking calls made to automated system is major BS. I called almost daily since October (when I saw the first approval somewhere with ND after mine). What can I say, couldn\'t resist myself! Didn\'t hurt my case and it should not hurt...
