out of F1 status..want to reenter US on F2
I entered US last year on F2.I changed my status to F1 this February. I attended school this fall but recently withdrew from classes.I am out of status now. Hi all I am on F2 in US.I had applied for a COS to F1 at the Vermont service center in November 2005.Its been 2 months now still no news about my f1.what are my chances?Can i apply for a H1 if my F1 is rejected?- 4u5
