H visa returning to the States
I will be in Canada with Maple card for a while and use the 30-day visa rule to return. My questions are: 1.At the airport/land border, how does the visa officer know I return within 30 days or beyond? 2.If i return at the 31st or 51st day, how much chance I will put myself into trouble...- 2008
