Thanks Based on Manwithnoname's article, the I-140 dates are portable, even if I-140 is not approved. Why should I wait until I-140 is approved?

My case is very peculiar. My lawer filed my case in EB1C (Multinational Manager/Executive) catagory and did concurrant filing for I-485, I-140, EAD and AP together and receipt date for all these forms is November 14 2006. My EAD and AP are approved on 01/18/2007 and they are valid until...
