I am new to this forum and I have a question regarding my I -730 petition which is pending at texas service center. In fact, my husband filed my case in March 2007 and now TSC is processing august 2007 cases which means my case is outside the processing time. We called 2 months ago and the opened a new case, telling us we going to here from them within 45 days. Since there is no change after the 45 days we called again and the re-opened a new case with the same song: "we going to hear from us in 45 days". We also wrote a letter to our congressman but we haven't heard from him. I would like to know if there is action my husband and I can take to speed up the process. Thanks for your answers.
