Sorry, I did not post info about my I485 , I applied for I485 in Sept 2002 hence I have passed 180 days for portability limit.- 140Looker

My I140 got recently approved my RD 06/04/2002, but my company is not handing over my approval notice. Does this stop me from changing employers ? What negative impact this may have.- 140Looker
