    Yes I checked with the lawyer. I got nor ref and nothing from BCIS. The lawyer claims that this is not unique to my case and this is acorss the board for natives of registration countries.

    my I-140 case is on hold?! advice please

    Hi, My attorney contacted me today and told me that I-140 my case was put on hold.. He does not know yet what is the reason but he is saying this not unique to my case. They have seen more scrutiny for nationals on the special registration list. Does any body have an idea of what does this...
