This situation is frustrating. They told my husband the something. Uscis said that my husband I-485 was administratively closed and they have sent a letter with instructions to re-open it. I went to see my husband's attorney and he was mad when I mentioned what uscis said and he told me that we never submitted an I-485 it was a 42B he called the court to complain about. End of the history we still waiting for a clear answer from uscis and today they recommended my husband to re-open the I485 couse they don't see the documents from the IJ

Buda, can you please tell us how hard or how easy it was to get your green after the IJ granted your case? Some of us are getting issues to go through this process and it's kind of frustrating every single time when we call uscis, we get different answers or opinions, they tell to wait for someone to call you back and nothing.
