Share some information of asylum decision being delayed since March, 2022

Hello, everyone, my case was interviewed on Feb 10, 2022 in SF office and the decision was still pending. Recently, my attorney told me that processing the case decision would be slower due to the USCIS reallocating some resources to Ukrainian refugee and Biden’s new asylum rule on US-Mexico border. Besides, I heard many good news of case granted from Nov, 2021 to Feb, 2022 since USCIS “big expedition”, but I seldomly heard any case granted or decision news from my friends or social medias. I hope you guys share your information about this topic, thanks!

About the expedite decisions you need to send a request for fax and explain why you want a expedite decisions and you need to add all documentation for support your reasons about your request

I feel better when I talk with another people about asylum and the processings times because the attorneys they don’t like to talk about that they only says you need wait and wait and it’s so stressful
