the redraw is allready done so all the thread about it are useless... the two month period might be for creating data files & checking names but the redraw is allready done... It takes log to review 100 000 selections & goverment employes are not the fastest....
 
Somehow I agree with you. If they claim that the problem was fixed then it means that a valid draw was done in order to determine that the glitch has been resolved.
 
do u think that "they fixed" the problem & they will just wait 2 months?
the selection always happen months before the pubication, in this case, it is allready done, now they are creating data for the 100 000 winners, that means puting the results all together because the drawing are regional basis (case numbers goes up at about 64 000 african, 32 000 europeans, 28 000 asians & 1300 oceanians... meaning no asian will have a cn over 30 000 that mean selections are based on regional basis so NOT EVERY BODY HAS THE SAME CHANCES, considering that asian entrants are the most in number, asian have the least chances of being selected), so puting them together then building the data takes long especialy for goverment worker who are known for being slow no matter wich country they're from

I tend to wonder why some funny element in this house felt the only way of moving forward is to sue the US GOVERNMENT over what they called their RIGHTS. Madness, that is wat i see them doing. They forget its a lottery and they dont av a say on it. The US GOVERNMENT may end up cancelling the whole programme if this guyz dont think straight.
 
I know they messed up, they had month to review the results... If they could have review them in 1 week, they easily could have done that way before publishing

I'm really ashamed of this house. They av turned this place to a war zone. This house use to be a place where u can get help or assistant from someone u never met or knew, but today, simply bcos of DV 2012 result, it has become an IRAQI thread. Why all this nonesense? Some people are just out there to destroy the hopes of other people. If the result was cancelled, fine, lets move on and pray harder. U can still make it the second time. Some of us thought we made it by our own power. We av forgetting our heavenly father who made it possible. I wonder how some people think they can succeed without God. We used to give advice on this thread then when it just came out, but now, the house is filled up with guyz who are ready to insult and bully u if possible. They forget its a lottery and not their rights.
 
I must warn that those who are busy petitioning the DOS and calling for a bill against this programme should watch it because they will end up raising issues that will lead to a complete shot down of the programme. Most of these guys already live and work in the US so they don't care what happens. An average applicant from other countries outside the US does not have the time to petition the DOS, it is those of us here in America already that are heating up the situation. Lets not do anything that will end this programme. Lets give our brothers and sisters outside American the opportunity to come over.

64000 africans?? why?? i thought in america too many people from africa.
 
it is a known fact that african work more than african american... most african in usa are in the upper class, african american, there are more of them in jail than in college... go figure

but they're the same...
if you write truth...it looks like africa made them succesfull! and america made unsuccessfull african american! so why do they leave africa if they well motivated, like to work hard and care about law??
