No Activity at TSC ?? It is Silent.. and Scary

I think guys with older pds should be OK but someone like me, probably would have to wait out until Oct..

Yes Guys! its really scary, no approvals except one ROW approval yesterday.

I am hoping some good news in few days ...:D

I meant based on Sept bulletin, some folks should still get approvals in Sept'07. The rest would have to wait until Oct
 
Old timers are even more tense... Every day we expect our approval and check emails like crazy. It is disheartening and rejection all the way.... The frustration is mounting with no results in sight.... One wonder what is cooking in USCIS, only negative thoughts comes to mind. Hoping for early approval is like sand, the more I try to hold it... the sooner it slip from my hand.

HOPE everyone gets it soon and gets out of this mess!

Hudakchullu.. yes your words are very true and real.. and it is more disheartening when I see approval for 485 RD's in 2007

I am not sure.. what wrong I made in life.. and it is very depressing

Was waiting for Labor after that wait now waiting for 485 approval.. USCIS does not understand the pain. Hope some one from USCIS see my post. and do something.

I think the labor wait was small (I waited 2 years). It's been 3 years for I-485 and still the clock is ticking :eek:
 
Looks like all TSC folks are on early vacation for the comming up Long Weekend..


I wish TSC folks to have nice and happy vacation and long weekend.. so that they can approve my case.. once they are back to office..

Just my thought... I saw a post on this portal saying that officer called on a Sunday (19 Aug) and apologize that his case was assigned to an IO who is no longer with USCIS and USCIS will reassign all the cases assigned to that officer to someone. Thats the reason we saw approval floods last monday (20 Aug). We may need to wait till Oct, I guess.
 
So many of us got many LUDs in the recent past giving us some hope. Any idea what are these for? File transfer from one officer to another? God Only Knows!
 
Not many approvals since 2 days.... Almost close to end of Aug and aswell as close to long weeknd.

I do not know whether we can see any approvals tomorrow(normally Fri will be dry day).

This could be a real scary :mad: don't know how many more years of waiting :confused:

It is really scary, for the last few weeks we saw a flood of approvals on Tuesdays and Wednesdays but nothing this week. Looks like nothing is going to happen in August anymore. It sucks real bad
 
yes.. it is bad..

USCIS is the one of the most respected and very efficient ( 200% ) Federal unit.


Hats off to them..
