Hi guys,
I sent the application two days ago and just found that I made a mistake on I-130 (&also 864): The last two digit of my husband's (who is the petitor) SSN are wrong, he did not notice that when signed the forms.
So my question is...should I resubmit the corrected forms with explanation? Or do I need to wait for REF? Will it hurt my application?

I really need someone's help!!!
&Thanks in advance for your kindly help~:)

Did you file I-130 with an I-485? Are you inside or outside the US? Did you provide a copy of his tax return or transcript with the correct SSN?

Is your husband a naturalized citizen with an A#? If yes, did you provide the A# correctly?

Hi Jackolantern, thanks for your reply.
Yes, I filed I-130 with I-485 together and is currently in USA.
I do provide a photocopy of his 1040&W2 with correct SSN on it. But he doesn't have A# since he borned here.

You have nothing to worry about.
This is a minor error. They probably won't find the error. IF they do, they can easily verify the number since you provided W2/1040 with correct number.

Good luck...

If they contact the IRS to verify the tax return, they'll be looking at the correct SSN on the return.

But make sure to correct this at the interview.
