Wrong Gender - I90 - Help - Date of Admission as an immigrant?

My son is derivative of my EB2 India category and his GC has incorrect gender information. I am trying to fill up I-90 form and what could be the answer for the following question?

"Date of Admission as an immigrant or Adjustment of Status"

We all are here in USA and applied for AOS and got GCs. We didn't leave US and hence didn't entered as immigrants (as GC holders). Last time we entered as H1/H4. Should I be leaving this as blank as I never entered USA with my GC yet?

"Date of Admission as an immigrant or Adjustment of Status"

I think It should be Date of "Adjustment of Status" for you, which is date of approval for 485 i.e same as date on the green card.

Thanks Frankienstein. It should be that.

Now I think I understood the question properly .. a person can use consular processing and obtain GC and enter here as immigrant. If not, like may of us, its just your date of AOS.
