Would I be eligible to use H-1B Remainder Option?

Hi,

I spent nearly 4 years on H-1B between May '99 and Mar '03 and then reset the 6 yr clock by spending 2 years outside U.S.

I am now on a L-1A (from Apr '05) and looking to join a different company. Would I be eligible to recapture the 2 years from my prior H-1B using the H-1B remainder option?

Would very much appreciate any advice on this.
