Thank you for reading. Thesedays, I hear people get arrested in the airport and I am very much worried about myself.
I have a class C misdemeanor conviction(operating per se) with a year unsupervised probation. It involved 60 day sentence but was suspended.
Will this conviction cause problem at the port-of-entry? Will I be getting secondary inspection at the POE? In addition to the court record, what paper or evidence should I carry not to be denied entry? Thank you in advance for your help.
