My niece has a tourist visa (B1/B2) and she wants to come to USA for few months. She is employed with an organisation in India as Work from Home worker . Is there any legal immigration issue in visiting USA during her employment (on Indian payroll ) and working from USA during her visit here ? Appreciate your feedback.
