My 485 is pending for about 3 years. I and my wife got EADs and my wife is working on EAD since 2002. I am still working for the same employer on H1B(though I have my EAD) who sponsered by my Labor/140/485. My wife is dependent (H4) and got EAD when we applied for adjustment of status 485.
I started an Incorporated on my wife's name and I got a job offer to work as independent contractor. Due to financial crisis Cleint is ready contract my job to me. I don't know which way is best to proceed in this situation. Gurus please suggest me.
In addition to above I have some more questions eating my mind which are
1. Can I change my employer to my wife's company ?
2. If yes, What happens to my GC.
3. If 1 is yes, What happens to my wife's GC. She filed 485 along with me as my dependent and if I change the employer to my wife's company then she will become the sponserer. Is she the Sponserer or her company? If her company then can a Incoprated company sponser like that?
