Came in 2005 on J1 work and travel visa, changed status to F1. Had 2 economic hardship work permits my 3rd and 4th year of school. Upon graduation in December 2010, was hired fulltime on OPT. In February 2011 got H1B. Never left the country since 2005. What are my chances of H1b visa denial in Toronto consulate?
