I applied for my H4 Visa Extension at Vermont Service Centre on 1st of March, 2006 which was expiring on 8th of April, 2006. It has not yet been approved as of 07June06.In the mean time, I visited Canada where in I got H4 Stamped.Now my H4 and I-94 are valid until 8th of April, 2007.
Now, do I need to apply for the withdrawal of my application for extension of my H4?Whats happens if my application is approved?Will I be having 2 I-94?Is that a problem?
What happens if it gets denied for some reason?Can I just ignore the deniel as I have a valid visa/I-94 on my passport?
I am leaving to India for a month's time and will be back in July.Will I have any complications in the port of entry if this application is approved by then?
