Will NORI expire ?

Dear All,

I got all three NORI certificate from India IF I will keep NORI certificate for two years (because I have 2 more years in my J1)and then send it to Indian embassy, will Indian embassy consider those 2 year old nori certificate ?
I would greatly appreciate if any one share similar experience.

I dont think these NORI certificates will remain valid after 2 years, which is a long period. For example, the NORI certificate from Home Ministry of your state, is no longer goin to remain valid after 2 years because they issue NOC after checking criminal records of the individual. I am pretty sure Indian Embassy would want to check these records again through ur state's Home ministry.
 
Thank you very much for the information. I think I should use my NORI certificates within one year even though I have my J1 valid till 2008. Thanks again.
