Hello,

((Trump banned all refugees for 120 days))

4 months ago I filed form i-589 political asylum and did the fingerprinting after that and waiting for interview.

and I should apply for EAD after 2 months

Will Trumps's executive order about refugees affect me ?

how will this order affect my upcoming plan for EAD ?

will this cancel my chance to get EAD ? or I should still apply for EAD normally as others did previously ?

*another question : Trump banned all refugees for 120 days .. does this includes asylees who applied from inside USA ? so our pending cases will not be processed ? or what ?

I am from a muslim country that is NOT affected by the travel ban.

The Executive Orders are not very clear and are giving headaches to everybody including DHS and USCIS folks.
But, the text say that all Immigration Benefits should be suspended for nationals of those countries. EADs might be one of them. But I heard that the officers are asked to treat cases from those countries as if nothing happened but not to deliverer a final answer (positive or negative) until the ban is lifted for those countries.
In conclusion, I think you should apply for your EAD (since it is basically free for you) on time regardless of the ban.
