i am currently in Regional RIR waiting for the approval and the sponsored company would like to physically send me aboard for 1 year assignment. will this impact green card process ? can the impact be minimized ?
Have you applied for adjustment of status? In that case, you will need Advance Parole to leave, and there are time-limits to it. Be careful. If you leave without AP after applying for adjustment of status, your application will be considered abandoned and you will most likely be denied re-entry to the USA.
