My GC got approved, and I have the plastic card. Spouse is on H4 (as I was on H1 prior to GC). We are divorcing so I did not apply for spouse\'s GC/I-485. Now that I have a GC, and am no longer on H1 (INS cancelled my H1 at the airport when I came in on my GC), will INS write to my spouse informing her that her H4 is no longer valid? Will they send her ANY kind of notification?
