Will I485 gets cancelled if company goes out of business

I am planning to apply for EAD and after I get EAD if the company goes out of business and shuts down would my EAD and I485 gets cancelled and will I be out of status? Please help.

if company goes out of business and shuts down and you are eligible for AC21 then find new job and request USCIS to invoke AC21 with pending I-485.
