Wife overstayed less than 180 days on previous H 4. Any problems CP

My wife overstayed on her previous H 4 for about 5 months. This happened over 3 years ago. She has not been in the country since then. I am in the process of CP. Can there be any problems in this case ? if there are problems will it affect my case too? Gurus please help. Any help in this matter will be highly anticipated.
 
I 94 was still good

her I 94 was still valid for another year. But my company closed and she stayed for about 5 months after that while I moved out

i-94 stipulated term
overstay by 45 days
have 5 year visa
can i reenter?
