Why we are not seeing any August cases getting approved?

Hang in guys - u r next.

as EB3 got current in July, there are lot of cases...so have patience. Its matter of days/weeks and not months.

The reason is most Aug RDs have Oct NDs. This means their case number are EAC-02-xxx-xxxxx. This also means EAC-02 numbers are year 2002 cases. My guess is VSC is trying to clean up all EAC-01 cases before switching to EAC-02 cases. Hope I cleared myself
 
Looks EAC-02 logic is more appropriate than number of July filers.

CSC is approving sept cases because they are still 01 cases not 02 as at sept cases at VSC due to mail backlog at that time.
 
I think the main reason is that there are more than double the normal

cases in July because all EB3s became current in July. So it will take longer to move from July to Aug thanit took to move from Jun to Jul.
