Who gets RFE

If RFE is isuued for 485 case, who gets the RFE letter, applicant or Lawyer??

Please clarify, as its important in my case.

if you filled a G28, the authorized person on G28 (usually your lawer) will get the RFE.

In most cases it will the attorney on file. However there have been stray incidents where the applicants have received the RFE's. Hope that answers your question.
