I am still waiting for my sponsors view to reflect at DOS(sponsors claim they sent it in June). My DS 2019 expires on September 15. According to my lawyer, if by the end of August we do not hear anything from DOS, he will go ahead and start applying for H4 for me(my husband is on H1). Is this possible? What obstacles will I face?
