I have come from India and working in Canada on work permit. My wife had dependent work permit and was staying with me. Now she has got a project in US and gone there. She already had US L1 visa before coming here. Now when I want to visit her to US which kind of visa should I get?
Can I get dependent L2 visa when I am working in Canada?
My wife's arrival at US was beyond the processes (she was called directly from Canada to US. Process is to call the person from India, as her company is an India based company.) of the company so it's doubtful that they will process any L2 for me.
Is it possible I myself can file L2 or I will have to file visitor B2 visa myself?
Please advise.
