I think Kentucky.
It took me 87 days from start to finish.
Interview in 66 days and Oath in 3 weeks after.

Yes. Which means that moving to try to get a faster DO can result in an overall longer time.

Guys,

I beg to differ, if you live in upstate NY, Rochester area, you can get your citizenship completed in less than 2 months. Reason? Less immigrants want to deal with snowstorm...

I think with the 90 days requirement to live in the district prior to application it doesn't make any sense to try going district shopping, that would be my take.

Not Fair Took me this long to get an I-90 thru...

In general USCIS has picked up the pace; a couple years ago coming thru ORD from Germany I went from airplane door to done with luggage, immigration, and customs in 21 minutes (GC). The year before, thru EWR from Germany, 30 mins... Impressive by any standards...
