I am currently on a J2 visa(J1 dependent). I want to file for a green card through a company by RIR. I have 2 choices. There is a company A in North Carolina (GC is current ??) that I do not know at all who is willing to do a GC for me and there is another company B that I know well but who are not so exceptional in their dealings either in Pittsburgh who are willing to do it(Labor dates say June)
1.Which option do you guys think is better. What should I clarify from A before I go for it.
2. I am planning to get the GC by future employment from either of these companies. Any problems with it ????? or should I get my H1 done by one of them before I go for it(I am cap exempt). I am enjoying a good pay on J2 work permit and both of them will ask for atleast 30% of my salary if I go through them. Also, my project is ending and its easier to get a job on J2 work permit
