Which state for Faster GC processing ?

Hi Everyone,

The Company that I work for has 15 offices all over the US in various states.I am currently in CA, but have a choice to apply for GC through any other state including Delaware. But I heard that now Delaware too takes 9 months - 1 year for Labor Certifications ?

Please advice me about which state should I select for my GC application, so that I get my GC ASAP ?

Which is the fastest state for GC application ? I am a Programmer /Analyst in the EB2 category.
