Dear Folks,I have received my H1B Application Documents and suppose to go for VISA Interview soon. Before that I request you all for a clarification.
Since June'08 I have been in Pune and working for a reputed MNC and by end of this Month (Nov) I will complete my 6 months of residence in Pune region. But during these time I have been to CANADA on work Permit for 45 Days through my present employer.
My problem is will these 45 days be a constraint that I have not completed my stay in mumbai consulate region for 6 months? do they re-direct me to Chennai Consulate (Chennai Consulate was mentioned in the Pitition by the time of Applying).
