Which application type to choose in I-485 with concurrent filing?

Hi all,

I have a question. I filed I-140 based on NIW. Now plan to file I-485, on part 2, which one shall I choose (a) or (h)? Or other type? (a) is an immigrant petition giving me an immediately avalable immgrant visa. (h) is Ohter bases of eligibility.

Hen...interesting...some people said the primary petition of NIW should select "a", and some said should select "h". The agreement is that the spouse should select "b".

Can any expert clarify it, if it is "h", what to write for the explaination?

My application was employment based, concurrent, "a" was selected, GC granted. Just recently filled for daughter in law, put "a", GC granted. No explanation needed in case of concurrent filing.
