When will I get my GC after receiving the welcome letter?

I arrived in LAX and have my immigrant visa stamped end of May, and had so far received two welcome letters in Mid-June. It has been more than 3 weeks since I have got those letters but I have yet to receive my green card. Can anyone tell me when I can expect to receive my green card? Thank you!
