When INS is acting upon AC21 to implement into regulation?

Your guess is as good as mine at this point but I wouldn\'t be surprised to hear something next week
The AILA National Conference was held this week (that\'s why you guys have had problems contacting your attorneys) and usually there are announcements of this nature made that the conference.

You may be right
We had an AILA meeting last year and no regulations were announced (although they did announce INS "guidance" for AC21 - which may or may not be valid).

touch AC21 485 issues? or they follow AILA meeting and publish subsequently after the meeting?
I thought it was done concurrently during the meeting to shut the hell out of lawyers mouths.

Just curios if a person who has AOS pending at VSC Joins a company in West coast after 180 days using AC21, does VSC transfer the case to TSC after informing the address change. What are the implications? is there a possibility of file being transferred to local INS?
