When does state labor department send the applications of my position to my employer?

My employer applied LC through non-RIR process.
During the advertising of LC process, does the state labor department send the applications of my position to my employer whenever they receive a case or does the labor department send all the applications after the one month period?

As and SESA receives the advertisments , they keep sending them. usaually they are done within a month. Best of luck
