I recently got an offer from company A and right now, in the process of transfering my H1B. I heard people said that the new law allows me to start working before the H1B transfer process with comapny A is completed. If you have the same experience, can you tell me what is the earliest date that I can start working for company A after company A does the H1B transfer? Thanks.
