What next after case is sent to Mumbai

Hi Alren, KD, Raju and others -

NVC sent my case to Mumbai consulate on 11/18. My questions are as under :-

1. When is the earliest I should call Mumbai consulate to inquire about estimated interview date?

2. What does P4 comprise of?

3. CAn I ask the consulate to send P4 to my Mumbai address

4. Is there a chance that the consulate will allocate a visa number for me before the next visa bulletin retrogresses the Eb3 category.

1. On 12/5 and if it is not scheduled for Jan then on 1/5-1/9.
2. Appt. letter (most imp and the only significant thing). It will have ancillary info about PCC, medicals, photos etc. But I'm sure most of them U know by now.
3. Yes - If U're in Mumbai, U can ask your folks to pick it up. (Read my resp. in other thread about picking up from Mumbai)
4. Most likely.
