what might be my case status????

Hi,
The company filed my papers(Nebraska) on 18th of August. it is a normal processing. when i try to find my Case Status it is still saying that it will take 30 to 120 days.

if so then What might be the status for my case? Am i rejected?

Takes 3+ Months

By looking at the current approval trend, it is taking 3 months + 2 weeks for the approval.

The following is the history of process times which is released till now,

Release Date Visa to be issued abroad

September 22, 2004 -- May/31/2004
October 06, 2004 -- June/04/2004
October 21, 2004 -- June/11/2004

Is this going to be consistent like this?If this is the case, then for those who filed by Aug'18th then when the turn will come? Any idea?

If you are in Omaha, it will be good idea to go to the INS office and talk to them directly. They are really good at helping.
