i) I got a H1 in Nov 2002 but didn't start or join the company and didn't get stamping in my passport too.
ii)Early I was in H4 and it is valid up to Dec 2003.
My Situation:
1) Am i in Status?
2) Which of my H1/H4 is valid?
3) If not how can i put me in status?
I really need help. It would be great if someone can help me out in this.
