I applied I-140 , 3 weeks ago , Regular - EB3 . How many months is it taking for approval under EB3 - regular for I-140 , Texas . Please reply .

What is this term LUD ? , I see it in many postings

Please check out this link for the case received dates that are currently processed. Please note that not all cases prior to this date are adjudicated. Processing times vary from case to case - a case filed with complete set of documents are likely to be processed faster. Cases that encounter RFE (request for evidence) are likely to be delayed. There are postings on the 'TSC Consolidate tracker' thread that some cases filed in February 2007 got approved. Also please look at the trackitt forum to estimate the processing speed.
