Here is my Case
I work for Company A in Kansas City and my Labor Certification is filed in June 2004 and it is under process from company A and also I am completing six years in May 2006.
Now the Company A has been acquired by company B.
Company B is offering me a position in Pennsylvania and wants me to relocate to Pennsylvania .
1. What will happen to my Labor Certification process , which was filed from Kansas City
2. If I relocate to Pennsylvania , Can I continue with the same Labor Certification or Do I have to file new LC from Pennsylvannia (it is possible for Company B to apply for new LC , since I am completing 6 years by May 2006)
3. Is there any amendment for this type case
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated
