welcome letter received, with A#

Hi, I received my welcome letter, with an A# (8th april 2007) is this
enough with my stamped visa,(regular entry stamp with date and DV-1)to leave the U.S for three weeks and return? my green card was sent for production on the 13th april, 2007 and how long should this take to actually get my card?

Your stamped passport (I-551 stamp) is enough for reentry. Make sure you reenter before the expiration date on the stamp.
 
If you did AOS it usually takes 4-5 days after receiving the Welcome letter.

AOS: Adjustment of Status. Used by some winners present in the US with a non-immigrant visa, who apply for an adjustment of their non-immigrant status to that of immigrant without having to leave the US.
