I have been subject to two J1 2-year home residency requirements. I was hoping someone can help me out with these questions -
- Can I apply to waive the 2nd J1 requirement without waiving the first requirement ?
- If I want to get a waiver for both the J1s, do I need two separate sets of no objection letters, or one no objection letter that can be applied towards both DS-3035 applications ?
