I have j1 with two year home residency.
My US child is 26 months old. he is getting speech therapy.
The speech therapist says that the child is smart. She says that his developmental age is 16-18 months. he is just delayed 6 or 8 months.
My child is smart and is fine except talking. I am about to leave to my home country because of the two years.
Would this be a good reason for getting the waiver????
